The hotel had a great location, with easy access to local shops and restaurants and it was conveniently close to the ski-lifts. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient and it was nice to have different dinner options each night. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Plus, the spa nearby was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes.
The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. We could hear noise from the street outside, and the doors in the hallway were quite loud and seemed to slam shut frequently.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, being close to the bus stop and all shops around. the room and bathroom are well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the breakfast is decent and the friendly staff add to a great experience. the ski room is convenient and the restaurant serves delicious food.
The unstable wifi connection can be a bit of a drawback and may cause inconvenience at times.

We loved the central location of this hotel, it was very convenient being close to the bus stop and all the shops. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service provided by the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was good, with sufficient options to choose from. We also enjoyed dining at their in-house restaurant, it had the best pizzas in town.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and with easy access to public transport. the breakfast was also decent and included in the room rate. the Easter themed decoration was a nice touch.
the linens were stained and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned.
